Do I need ARC approval?
It depends on your specific village and deed restrictions. We can help you understand what's required and provide documentation for ARC submission if needed.
How long does installation take?
Most residential installations in The Villages are completed in one day. We arrive in the morning and you're enjoying your new shade by afternoon.
What about hurricane season?
Our shade sails use quick-release hardware so you can remove them in about 5 minutes per sail. Curtains can be tied back or removed. Roller shades retract into protective housings.
Can I see your work in my village?
